We have identified an issue impacting reporting updates caused by refresh errors within Tableau. As a result, reporting has been delayed since April 19, 2026 at 1:00 AM PST.
A case has been opened with Tableau (Case #473289266), and we are actively working toward resolution. Further updates will be shared as more information becomes available.
The issue affecting checkout for certain product bundle configurations has been resolved. A corrective update has been deployed and checkout functionality has returned to normal. We are monitoring system performance and reviewing internal testing coverage for bundle related configurations to reduce the likelihood of similar issues in the future.
Between March 31 and April 1, 2026, some customers experienced intermittent errors during checkout when selecting certain product bundles that included variant options. A recent system update introduced an issue that affected pricing and cart processing for a limited set of configurations, which in some cases prevented orders from completing.
The issue was identified through monitoring and customer reports and has since been resolved. A fix was deployed, and checkout functionality has returned to normal.
